Sioux City, Iowa – The Board of Education for the Sioux City Community School District is seeking community volunteers to join its School Improvement Advisory Committee.
The School Improvement Advisory Committee (SIAC) is a vehicle through which the community, students, parents, and school staff can work together to identify and recommend solutions to problems facing the District’s school system. Each position on the SIAC is a three-year term.
Individuals interested in applying for the School Improvement Advisory Committee should apply by 5 pm on Friday, July 17, 2026. The application form is available on the District’s website at siouxcityschools.org under School Board – Board Committees.
